Q10 Investigations was established in 2019. The Principle has over 30 years industry experience, as an Insurance Claims Professional; Liability Adjuster; Claims Investigator; Operations Manager; Professional Investigator and Process Server.
All our services are carried out in an ethical and professional manner in compliance with UK laws and regulations.
Our aim is to provide a Professional Service, carried out with Integrity and Discretion, and become our clients trusted, go to service provider for reliability and quality.
Our clients include: Solicitors; Insurance Companies; Local Authorities; Housing Associations; Investigation and Loss Adjusting Companies; and Private Individuals.
With a combined experience of Insurance Claims Handling, Claims Investigation, Private Investigation and Process Serving, we are well positioned to provide a comprehensive service to suit our clients needs.
We are based in Bristol, England, however, we are able to provide UK network coverage as members of the UK Professional Investigators Network; Association of British Investigators; and Institute of Professional Investigators.
We appreciate that no investigator can be an expert in every field. Therefore, in order to provide the best possible service, where necessary, we will utilise agents who are experts in a specific field. Our agents come from a wide variety of backgrounds to include ex Police Officers, Military, and Intelligence Services. They are all linked by their experience in Investigation. All our agents are Members of the Association of British Investigators, providing the assurance that they have been DBS checked, have demonstrated the requisite qualifications or industry experience; are financially stable; have demonstrated their professional ability to the high standard required; have passed the scrutiny of an interview panel; are registered with the Information Commissioners Office; have appropriate professional indemnity insurance, and can be further held accountable for their actions through the Association’s robust disciplinary system.
